I Need Help for Me
There is no place like home.
We all agree with that. But as we age or are recovering from an injury or illness, staying safe at home becomes a little more challenging. It often means we have to accept that we need a little extra support. It might be from a local physical therapist who comes to your home to help you with the rehab services you need to get back on your feet. It could also be a long-term caregiver who lends a helping hand with activities of daily living such as meal preparation, bathing, grooming, and more.
You can get the help you need to remain safe and independent at home with SpiriTrust Lutheran® Home Care & Hospice. We offer a broad range of skilled home health services, private duty home care, and hospice to individuals in south central and northeastern Pennsylvania, as well as northern Maryland. Because most of our clients live in rural areas, we also utilize innovative telemonitoring systems to help manage care remotely.
The nurses and licensed therapists that make up our skilled home health team are members of your local community. They will help you with everything from physical therapy to wound care and chronic disease management. Our innovative team approach to care will get you back on your feet and back in control of your health and independence.
Enjoy peace of mind knowing that you can rely on our caring home care team to provide you with personal care, housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation, and errands on a long-term basis. Companion care is also available. You can receive in-home care for as many or as few hours a day as you need. We do not have minimum hour requirements.
If you have been diagnosed with a life-limiting illness, let our hospice team help. Our staff of compassionate, committed, professionals and volunteers are experts at pain and symptom management, providing social support, grief counseling and much more. You can relax and feel confident that you won't have to struggle alone. We will help you cope with the challenges and fears that arise.
